Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of terramarket.com and any purchase you make from Terra Market. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who May Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account, delivery, and payment information, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
Products and Availability
Terra Market sells fresh organic produce and small-batch pantry goods. Because our stock comes from working farms, availability, size, color, and appearance vary with the harvest. Product photographs are representative rather than exact. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and discontinue or substitute an item; if we substitute, we will tell you before your order ships or refund the difference.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock limits, suspected fraud, a delivery address we cannot serve, or a pricing error, and we will refund any amount already charged.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our own servers. By submitting payment information you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Delivery, Returns, and Refunds
Delivery timeframes and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
Food Safety and Allergens
Refrigerate perishable items promptly on arrival and wash produce before eating. Our pantry goods are made in facilities that may also handle nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Ingredient and allergen details appear on each product's packaging; if you have a serious allergy, contact us before ordering. Nothing on this site is medical or nutritional advice.
Intellectual Property
The Terra Market name, logo, site design, photography, product descriptions, and editorial content are owned by Terra Market or used under license. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.
User Content
If you submit a recipe, review, photo, or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and you grant Terra Market a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, adapt, and promote it on our site and channels. We may edit or remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, offensive, or off-topic.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to interfere with the site's operation or security, scrape or resell our content, submit false orders, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Terra Market is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms as our business changes; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled by the courts of San Francisco County, California.
