How We Work
Our days start early and smell like fresh basil. Mornings are for receiving crates and quality checks; afternoons for packing orders, planning routes, and long calls with growers about what next season looks like. It's hands-on, seasonal, and genuinely collaborative.
What We Offer
Fair pay reviewed twice a year, a weekly market crate for every team member, paid volunteer days on our partner farms, and real ownership of your corner of the market — whether that's a delivery route, a supplier relationship, or the pantry shelf.
Roles We Hire For
Market runners who pick and pack orders, delivery drivers who know their neighborhoods, grower liaisons who walk the fields with our farmers, and storytellers who photograph, write, and share what the harvest brings each week.
